The following Privacy Policy defines the rules for obtaining and processing data of users using the website www.abmglobal.eu for the purposes of providing electronic services by the website Administrator. Using the website means that you give your consent to the principles described in this Policy. The Administrator, as the owner of the website, respects the rights and freedoms of the website users and makes every effort to protect their data, with particular emphasis on the right to privacy protection. Therefore, we collect a minimum of information that allows us to provide appropriate operation of the website, adapt it to constantly changing expectations and technologies, maintain the possibility of contact with users filling out forms, statistical analysis of the use of our website to further improve it and prepare the best possible content and increase its functionality. As part of the said purposes, we collect and process the necessary data, including personal data of users. In order to explain the principles and mechanisms used to collect and process user data as precisely and easily as possible, we have developed this Privacy Policy of the website www.abmglobal.eu

Pursuant to the provisions of Article 28 of the GDPR, the Data Controller declares that when commissioning other entities to provide services, it requires partners to ensure appropriately high standards of protection of the entrusted personal data, to sign appropriate entrustment agreements in which the partners confirm the application of the standards and the right to control the compliance of the activities of these entities with these standards.
