First, we contact candidates who meet all the criteria defined in the job offer. Lack of contact from us during this period of time is usually caused by failure to meet our requirements concerning experience and skills. This gives you enough time to complete all formalities. This time may be longer if we wait for candidates to submit additionally required documents. </td> </tbody> </table> </div> <div class="tabs"> <h4 class="tabs-header" style="margin:0 0 10px 0;" data-id="p3">In which locations in Germany do you offer work?</h4> <table class="tabs-table p3"> <tbody> <td class="tabs-content">We cooperate with companies located throughout German. In general, we offer work in companies located up to 400 km from the Polish border. In recent years, we have also started cooperation with companies located up to 150 km from the Polish border. Each company has different requirements and we select only those offers for our candidates that match their skills.</td> </tbody> </table> </div> <div class="tabs"> <h4 class="tabs-header" style="margin:0 0 10px 0;" data-id="p4">Do you offer subsidies for travel to/from work in Germany?</h4> <table class="tabs-table p4"> <tbody> <td class="tabs-content">Yes. We provide fuel surcharges of €0.30/kilometer. Each person that commutes to work using their own car and takes at least 1 person with them can count on the bonus. Our company pays the deposit, rent and fees related to the lease. A Polish Project Manager is assigned to each employee. They are the first contact person and direct superior in Germany. Their duties include assistance in registering employees, reporting them to the appropriate offices and helping in completing the required German documents. </td> </tbody> </table> </div> <div class="tabs"> <h4 class="tabs-header" style="margin:0 0 10px 0;" data-id="p8">How often do employees return to Poland?</h4> <table class="tabs-table p8"> <tbody> <td class="tabs-content">We do not have rigid standards concerning returns to Poland. In general, our employees return to Poland every 5-6 weeks for 1 week. Obviously, everything is based on the arrangements with the German employer. Naturally, persons who live in Poland closer to the border and work within a radius of 150-200 km can count on more frequent returns if, e.g., they don't work on weekends. </td> </tbody> </table> </div>
